Gocolorize operates both a blog and an AI-powered design studio. Our services include:

• AI Makeover: AI-powered image transformation service for interior design and home staging

The AI Makeover is a subscription-based service that uses artificial intelligence to transform interior spaces based on user uploads and preferences.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Gocolorize's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

4. User Content, Images, and AI Transformations

Our Service allows you to post comments, upload images for AI transformation, and store transformed results ("Content"). You are responsible for all Content you provide, including its legality and appropriateness.

4.1 Image Uploads and AI Processing

When you upload images to our AI Makeover, you represent that:

• You own the rights to the image or have permission to use it
• The image does not violate any third party's privacy or property rights
• You consent to AI processing of your images using Google's Gemini API

4.2 Ownership of Transformed Images

You retain ownership of original images you upload. AI-transformed images generated through our service are owned by you, subject to our right to:

• Store transformed images in your account gallery
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI services
• Remove content that violates our terms or applicable laws

By posting other Content (comments, feedback) to the Service, you grant us the right to:

• Use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content
• Remove or modify such Content at our sole discretion
• Publish such Content in connection with our marketing and promotional activities

Prohibited Content

You may not post Content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

5.1 AI Makeover Pricing

New AI Makeover accounts receive the one-time free credit allocation shown during signup and in the Studio. Each successful AI-generated result uses the credit amount displayed before generation.

• Successful results: Each completed AI transformation uses the credit amount shown before generation
• Failed or unchanged results: Credits are not used when no valid transformed image is produced
• Future paid plans: Any paid bundles or subscriptions will show their current price and terms before purchase

5.2 Payment Processing

GoColorize is not currently accepting payment for AI Makeover. If paid plans are introduced, the checkout page will identify the payment processor and applicable billing, cancellation, and refund terms before you pay.

5.3 Subscription Management

If subscriptions become available, account settings and the checkout terms will explain how to manage or cancel them. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

5.4 Affiliate Links and Advertising

Our blog content includes affiliate marketing links. We may receive compensation when you click on or make purchases through these links. Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or recommendations, and all relationships are disclosed per FTC guidelines.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We exclude all warranties and conditions, including:

• All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• That the website and AI Makeover will be available, accurate, or error-free
• The quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated transformations
• That the use of materials will not infringe rights of third parties

AI Service Limitations

AI Accuracy: Our AI transformations are generated using third-party AI technology (Google Gemini) and results may vary. We do not guarantee the accuracy, realism, or suitability of AI-generated images for your specific needs.

Professional Advice: Our blog content and AI transformations are for inspiration and informational purposes only. Always consult with qualified professionals before undertaking any home improvement projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gocolorize or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gocolorize, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on our website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our website at any time without notice.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gocolorize operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
