Vinyl

If you want to use a non-woven or paper wallpaper in a bathroom, near a kitchen stove or other exposed areas, you can then paint 2 coats of a water-based clear lacquer with a gloss of one’s choice.
I have personally done this in a gym and a kitchen for customers and it prolongs the lifespan of the wallpaper. And when it’s time to install new wallpaper you can just hang the new wallpaper over the old one after a wipe down.

But if you haven’t installed wallpaper before or are not very good at it, I strongly recommend that you hire a professional to do it for you. If it’s regular simple wallpaper it doesn’t matter that much if you mess up, but with 3d and photo wallpaper you don’t want to lose any of the pieces since they are all part of a whole.
If you do decide to do it yourself make sure that:
- Prep work is done properly
- You have the right tools
- Always use a sharp blade for cutting
- The adhesive is removed from the wallpaper and surrounding objects (with a moist sponge or cloth)

This can vary. It depends on where you order it from. You can either select from different dimensions or you can get the dimensions you specify.
